Your plan gives you a monthly allowance. An action runs when there is room in it; the allowance resets on the 1st of each month.
Bonus tokens and purchased tokens raise the monthly allowance. Purchased tokens are available immediately and can be used until the end of the calendar month.
On a team plan the allowance is shared by every member.
